Katrina & Roger’s wedding at The Royal Botanic Garden in Edinburgh was a delightful affair. The ceremony was held in a majestic grove of Redwoods, a tall conifer more usually seen in the National Parks of the USA. I was kept on my photographic toes by two of the younger guests who, armed with a Polaroid camera, were taking some excellent photographs for the Guest Book – I might recruit those kids someday.
Katrina’s makeup was by the excellent Lucy Gourlay. Lucy is a true professional, she really brings out the natural beauty of our brides!
Two guests, Gavin & Philippa, decided to cycle to the wedding from Cambridge. On further reflection, at the point when most people would have a change of heart and buy some train tickets, they bought a tandem and decided to use the ride to raise cash for charity. Gavin & Philippa blogged their journey, and also have a linked fundraising website – why not visit and make a donation, they worked for it!
