We knew we were in for something special when we travelled to Guthrie Castle for the wedding of Emma and Stefan, as the ceremonies would combine Asian and Polish cultures. The day before the wedding we had the ultra-colourful Gaye Holud, which involved the couple being fed sweets and anointed with turmeric paste by their guests.
The wedding ceremony the following day was held outdoors in the beautiful gardens, with Guthrie Castle itself as the backdrop.
