Gillean and Mats had two wonderful settings for their July wedding. Act One (the marriage ceremony) took place at Dunkeld Cathedral, an ancient church set in peaceful grounds on the banks of the River Tay. Act Two (the celebration) was staged in one of the most romantic spots in Scotland, Dalmunzie Castle, nestled in the hills at Spittal of Glenshee. Many Norwegian customs were observed in honour of the groom’s homeland, including ladies wearing traditional local costume and all the male guests lining up to kiss the bride the moment the groom left the room!
