A dark and heavy rainstorm formed the romantic backdrop to Laura & Richard’s wedding ceremony Glasgow University Chapel – at least we kept telling the guests it was romantic!. Laura is highly organised – it is the first time I’ve seen the bride take charge of the Marriage Register, showing everyone exactly where to sign. After the ceremony, the remnants of the storm provided the opportunity for more romantic moments as we incorporated umbrellas and reflections in puddles into the photography. The day was bright and breezy by the time we reached Lochgreen House in Troon – we could have been in another country. Laura’s dad made an speech that was both funny and touching – and note the photo of the tags betting on the length of the speech – the shortest guess was 48 minutes!
